The Branchetti family, for over 50 years in the food sector and known in Prato because of the historical bakery in Via del Serraglio, proposes its typical specialties also outside its own territory. The traditional biscuits of Prato are the warhorse of the bakery. The "Brutti Buoni2 and "Cantuccini" follow, with combinations of imaginative and original flavours. The use of the best ingredients and the respect of ancient workmanship make these products delicious, all combined with a visual aesthetic impact that is refined and elegant. In all periods of the year gift sets are made in the showroom that is next to the workshop. Open from monday to friday from 10 to 13:30 and from 16 to 19:30.
