Overlooking Via di Santo Spirito, the restaurant, opened thirteen years ago by Marco and Martina Baldesi and Stefano Sebastiani, has a very appealing ambience, with vaulted ceilings and a tall dark wood counter where one can also sit. Along the walls a very interesting selection of bottles with more than 150 labels. A very large selection is also available by the glass. Dinner is by candlelight and the price will not exceed €40 per person. On the menu, besides the interesting selection of charcuterie from Umbria and cheeses from Tuscany and Sardinia, are dishes that span from the most authentic Tuscan tradition, to vegetarian offerings and to haute cuisine.
