Artigianato&aperitivo: on June 20th our last very “summery” itinerary: piazzas, sandals and beer.

On June 20th, Artigianato&Aperitivo says good-bye with the last itinerary of this first series. It will be a meeting with a summer theme: we will end in style with a visit to the Piazze of the Oltrarno, a tour amongst history, architecture and interesting figures. We meet at 6:00 PM at Piazza Pitti.

We are going to walk from Piazza to Piazza to arrive at Conventino. Here we will get to know the Calzaturificio Laudato, a true, family run, artisanal bottega, where the leather sandals are still artisanally hand-made. We will then visit the Birrificio Artigianale Il Bovaro and learn out how a beer is produced, ending our visit with a tasting of its artisanal beers.

pastedGraphic.png“Artigianato & aperitivo” is an opportunity to practice urban trekking at the discovery of one of the most authentic neighborhoods of Florence, the Oltrarno, and of the Officina Creativa, the new space in this neighborhood entirely devoted to Florentine handicraft. The idea is to offer excursions to do after work with colleagues, friends, family or also by yourself, to allow yourself a walk at the discovery of the city and of the handicraft from new points of view and with the explanations of an expert guide. Each meeting has a theme and a visit to different bottega, in addition to the drink to end the visit.

The reservation for “Artigianato & aperitivo” is mandatory, only a limited number of participants will be admitted. For more information please check www.toscana.artour.it, to book please go to www.andareazonzo.com/urbano.
