I work on an ancient loom and I am a part of its history. I like to experiment and to elaborate free techniques that cannot be reproduced on mechanical or electronic looms. The hands, accompanied by the love for my work, are the best and most versatile tool to dare to propose textile-emotions, produced by the intuitive imagination, by the study on various texts and by the experience accumulated over time. 

When I weave, I enter in a timeless dimension: the ancient, rhythmic gesture, the thud of the beating crate, the flowing of the shuttle that carries the thread, make me feel as one being with the loom. I make everyday use products, without running after fashions or market trends: towels, curtains, textiles for apparel and home decor made of silk, linen, hemp, cashmere.
