The story of Severino Becagli started in a small Florentine bottega where his passion for the Tuscan gastronomical culture crossed more than a century of history, channeling virtues and know-how of his family in the San Lorenzo Estate in Grosseto.
Here, in full symbiosis with a land versed in agriculture, on an estate unique of its kind, built on an ancient nineteenth century farmhouse, the Becagli family has created the perfect blend between tradition and innovation, giving birth to the “Spirulina Project,” a product of the future that has its roots in the history of the world.
