Experience. Between theater scene and authenticity

Within one of the most important events devoted to the world of online tourism, the BTO Firenze, on November 29th and 30th, 2017, will host an interesting meeting on the authenticity of the touristic offer and the new scenarios offered by the experiential tourism.
There is in fact a growing demand of authenticity within the touristic experience, a desire of discovery, of novelty, of surprise, of sharing, but above all, of truth. Putting together a touristic package with these ingredients is especially complex: there is the risk of falling, dangerously, into building something that resembles fiction.
Authenticity and real experiences will be precisely the topics of discussion in this meeting thanks to the participation of:
