The company Ricami Baldini and Cecchi of Buggiano (Pistoia) was founded by Mrs. Nives Baldini Cecchi who, during the 1950’s, undertook the art of lacework with Mrs. Bellini, owner of the most important Florentine lace workshop of the era. In 1962, using her passion for art, creativity and the experience accumulated through the years, she began her own entrepreneurial activity. After years of hard work, the company grew obtaining notoriety among the experts in refined lacework for the home. The designs are still completely drawn freehand with a pencil using imagination and creativity, leading to exclusive pieces and customised collections. The fabrics used are made exclusively from natural Italian fibres as is requested by the Italian tradition for high and exclusive quality linens for the home.
