For over 50 years our company has been engaged in sheep farming for the production of milk and cheese. Tradition dictates that animal welfare is a fundamental requirement for obtaining a quality product. That is why our sheep have always lived in full harmony with the environment around them, a valley halfway between lush plains and the sea. Producing raw milk cheese leaves no other alternative but to pursue high quality and rigor in processing. We are very fortunate to own the animals, accompany them across the generous Maremma plains, let them be intoxicated by nature, make use of their milk, and finally transform this precious food into high-quality products.
