Agriturismo Campo Ruffaldo

We are an agricultural company within the Marsiliana estate - Massa Marittima, with a vocation for pasta-making using stone-milled flours. We grow our own "ancient" grains and, thanks to our Mill, we produce the best flour in the area.
Our company prides itself on being a certified “Natural Company” as, for over 25 years, we have not used any kind of herbicide, fertilizer, or other support for crops of any kind.
We at Campo Ruffaldo have chosen to be guardians of ancient grains because, besides carrying on the tradition of our land, it means bringing healthy and genuine products to your table every day, with the tastes and smells of the past.
We produce flours, pasta, oil, and honey coming from our crops and fields, respecting nature and its rhythms.
