The Ghimbergo agricultural business, now in its third generation, is owned and managed by the Bastianini Family. The Azienda is a small farm located in Suvereto: born in the seventies to breed livestock for meat and cheeses, it has been later converted to the cultivation of cereals and seeds as well. There is a production of biological products like farro (spelt) that goes directly from harvest to the manufacturing process using new machineries for the decortication. Inside the business are also the manufacturing of beans, sunflowers, flour, farro pasta and confectionery, packaged with the raw materials produced in the farm.
