The idea of a workshop, copied from the middle-age ones, was conceived in Ciro at the beginning of the 80’s. Loppiano, the town where he lives and works is in fact a true "life workshop". After having contributed to the creation of a handicraft workshop for artistic wood-work and having taken care of it development for approximately 5 years (from 1976 to 1982), he felt the urge of being able to donate his talent, his sensibility, all his resources to a project that over time was clearly taking shape in him and around him: which is to create works of art, unique pieces that he felt belonged more to the world of art than to the one, although more dignified, of handicraft.
