Vapori di Birra (lit. Vapors of Beer) is the first brewer in the world that produces artisanal beer using geothermic vapor as its primary energy source. It is located in Sasso Pisano, an area known for its geysers that are used to produce geothermic energy. The project was born with the idea of utilizing this natural resource joining together the passion for beer with a short sustainable supply chain, thus creating a quality product with a low environmental impact: in fact, the CO2 emissions in the atmosphere are eliminated.
