Ancient local traditions, artisan know-how passed on for generations and innovative creativity are the main ingredients that, together with the authenticity of the raw ingredients, contribute to making the quality of the Ciolini’s products so high. In 1920 it was grandfather Adamo Ciolini who started the activity as a baker for the counts of Guicciardini di Usella; this activity grew with his son Francesco and his wife Rosa, and continues today with their two sons Roberto and Massimo and their wives, Sonia and Petrusca. Their shop offers baked products, pastries and delicious chocolates products. Together with an original and creative production, they offer the typical sweets of the Val di Bisenzio, modern adaptations of old recipes that are prepared with local selected ingredients, such as assorted berries and the precious local stone-ground chestnut flour. Moreover, their catering service offers menus prepared using local Tuscan ingredients. Opening hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 5:30AM - 1:00PM and 3:00PM - 7:00PM.
