Sapori Mediterranei di Baldi Donatella

Sapori Mediterranei is a beekeeping farm inside the San Rossore estate. From the very beginning, its honey production has been carried out with a certified organic method. Sapori Mediterranei produces acacia, chestnut, wildflower and “beach” honey, a unique honey that is truly connected to the territory and it is produced only here. “Beach” honey owes its fascinating and curious name to the fact that it was born between the sandy dunes and the Mediterranean scrub of the San Rossore estate, in the so called Lecciona area, where a yellow flower with an intense scent colors the landscape: the helichrysum.
