Delizie di Ale e Helga

Once upon a time there was a shop in one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, a small artisanal workshop where Alessandro and Helga produced their jams, ragùs, vegetable creams, pickled products, and much more. It all started on August 1, 2006; the enthusiasm grew day by day, until the two decided to buy an oven and thus also prepare the “Sfratto” and other typical desserts; but their repertoire was still missing something, so they contacted local shepherds who owned small dairies to include their cheeses in the already wide range of products, and they did the same with cold cuts and wines.
Finally, after years of waiting, they were also able to realize another project, inaugurating on April 5, 2014, “Delizie di Ale e Helga Enoteca Vineria” where you can taste their products accompanied by an excellent glass of wine or a fresh craft beer.
