Since 2017, we've been making natural wine in a small winery in the heart of Tuscany. We've always farmed our land following organic farming principles, and for a few years now, we've found answers to our long-standing questions in biodynamics. The harvest is done by hand in crates, with extreme selection of the grapes.
We make wine in a simple way, using only grapes from our own vineyard, punching down the cap, some pump-overs, and minimal use of sulfur, with a good playlist in the background. Fermentation is spontaneous, aging happens in terracotta, wood, or ceramic, the latter especially for rosé wines.

Since 2025, we have been taking care of a small olive grove in Setteponti, in the municipality of Loro Ciuffenna. Each olive tree is tended with manual pruning and, just like our vineyards, we practice organic farming, without fertilizers or chemical treatments. The olives are hand-picked and cold-pressed shortly after harvest to preserve all the freshness and quality of the fruit. All of this is to safeguard authentic Tuscany and its traditions, offering an oil that tells the story of our connection to the land and our passion for caring for nature.
Everything is done by hand, with extreme attention and presence, intending to unify the sky with the earth.
