"Ceramiche d'arte Parrini" is a workshop founded in 1979 in Campi Bisenzio (in Florence, Tuscany), directly run by Master Lauro Parrini and his family. Master Parrini was born in 1956 in Montecatini Val di Cecina (by Pisa), 10 km far from Volterra, in Etruscan land. He studied at Arts Institute for Ceramics in Sesto Fiorentino where he got a diploma as Arts Master. The first objects he created were influenced by the typical colours of ceramics of Montelupo Fiorentino, such as cobalt blue, green, yellow. Nowadays, he has his own collection of decor with a very personal chromatic mark. The objects are still created with particular care of the beauty of handmade products through the traditional mould and Potter's wheel methods. The "exclusive" completely handmade decorations make each piece unique and inimitable.
