An artisanal family-run business whose name is an homage to Steno, father of Fabrizio Bertini and grandfather of Federico. A business which has always made of quality and customer satisfaction its guiding philosophy. Carefully choosen ingredients, respect of tradition and focus on taste and typicalnesses of products that have in their dna the good living and good eating that are characteristic of Tuscany: this is and will alway be the Forno Steno. Our belief in innovation and the desire to expand our public brought us to experiment with new biscuits in the traditional Prato biscuit shape, leading, after the "soft" almond biscuit, the dark chocolate one, the raisin one and the orange one to the Jamaica biscuit (a biscuit with cocoa, chocolate and rum, prize-winner at the 2003 New York Fancy Food) and finally, N°53 biscuit, flavored after the scents of the undergrowth, while our story keeps going on.
