Gi. Metal has been in existence since 1986 and today is the market leader of pizza utensils with a wide range of products available (over 500 articles offered in their catalogue). For its clientele, made up of mainly wholesalers /retailers, Gi. Metal sees to all the phases from the planning CAD/CAM to the production phase, to the assembling, the marketing of its own brand or that of the client; delivery is within 48 hours of the time of the order when the article is in stock. The company participates in the major professional food trade fairs throughout Europe and in the United States; their presence is topped off with constant advertising in technical magazines distributed to professional operators (currently 3 Italian, 1 Spanish, 1 French, and 2 American). Since 2005 Gi.Metal USA Inc., has been operating with its head office in Chicago, second in distribution on the American market. Gi.Metal is the founding member of Propizza, an association of equipment manufacturers, food products and services, whose goal is to promote Italian pizza throughout the world.
