The artistic earthenware and ceramics of Sergio Ricceri are the fascinating result of a process that adds to the ancient handicraft tradition the passion for high quality production cared in the smallest detail and a continuous search for new shapes and materials. A production that besides the small size decorative objects - from lamp and table bases to vases and boxes to furnish gardens - it proposes also faithful reproductions of Etruscan and Roman amphorae and characteristic sundials (horizontal for gardens and vertical for walls) that have the peculiarity of not only being decorative, but also functional. Lately, the already wide range of items made was enriched also by reproductions of the ancient ceramics of Della Robbia.
Recently, using clay of Impruneta, Ricceri Sergio Terrecotte Artistiche has invented some special refractory mixes specimen, heat-resistent. This has allowed to product the Fire Line, outdoor barbecues and inside glazed casseroles to cook traditional dishes of chicken, potatoes and vegetables. Sergio Ricceri manufactures wood burning stoves with direct flame.
