Salvadori Arte creates bronze artifacts with the method of investment casting, the same technique used for millennia, first by the Egyptians, then by the Greeks, the Etruscans and the Romans. A technique that has remained practically unchanged over the centuries where the manual component and the artisanal creativity remain prominent both in molding and chiseling and in the finishing of the artifact. The mastery in handling this craftsmanship makes this workshop one of the best in creating “works of art”. The last heir of the great metalworking tradition of Pistoia, born in the 11th century, that reached its splendor in the first decades of the 900’s with the Lippi and Michelucci’s foundries, today creates works for the most important Italian and foreign sculptors that can be admired in museums and art collections as well as in squares and gardens in cities all over the world.
