Pastificio Toscano produces flavored dry pasta of durum wheat semolina, thanks to the experience of its pasta makers and a careful selection of the grains. The production processes are mostly manual and use bronze wire-drawing: the process of drying the pasta is done at low temperatures (min. 36° - max 53°) for a maximum of 72 hours. These procedures respect the natural characteristics of the grain which identifies our pasta as 100% an artisan product.
