Osteria Cantagallo at Capraia e Limite offers typical Tuscan recipes, interpreted by the experimental creativity of the Chef David Bonucci who comes from the Florence Cooking School “Cordonbleu”, and prepared with local and seasonal ingredients, all guaranteed by qualified growers. Wine, olive oil, vegetables preserved in oil, sauces and jams are produced by the Estates Cantagallo and Le Farnete, the expressions of a cuisine prepared with locally grown products. Upon request, the kitchen can prepare vegetarian menus and gluten free dishes. Tenuta Cantagallo organizes Italian cooking classes (Tuscan cuisine) held by the chef of Osteria Cantagallo, David Bonucci, and pizza making course. Opening hours: from Wednesday to Monday, 07.30 - 10.30PM; on Sunday, 12.30 - 02.30PM. Closed on Tuesdays.
